Description
Description
A 40mm fan (10.5mm thick) specifically designed for RC car use with dual ball bearings, rigid CNC machined case, and balanced hi-temp nylon fan. Perfect for those 1/8th scale late model oval, buggies and truggies to keep motor temps under control. Also works great for 1/0th scale cars with 4 pole motors (such as SC Mod) or running big motors in sprint cars, late model, and Midwest Mod classes. At 21.6 grams, these light weight fans produce BIG air flows. Amp draw average about .52 amp. We see a .021v voltage drop over a five minute run time with a partially discharged pack. They are efficient! Available in three color combos.
On average, they will reduce temperature by 20 degrees F over my 30mm fans, and expect a 55 degrees F reduction compared to the inexpensive all plastic fans.
