Description
Just book the day and time you will bring motor to us for 'In Person' service. If you are shipping motor to us, please select date about three days from your ship date and any time slot. We can dyno any brushless two pole, 540 sized motor for 1/10th scale cars. No 1/8th scale motors.

How to estimate charges:
- If you have more than one motor for service, you must have multiple motors shown in the order.
- Standard charge for any service is a flat rate $15, plus shipping to us (unless you will pickup the motor at the shop), which includes inspection and cleaning. ANY parts will be additional.
- When we have finished examination, we will send an updated invoice to you to pay from if there are additional parts for repair.
- If we determine this motor is verified to be a warranty repair, we will refund $15 to your payment source after motor examination; parts will be no charge.
- If you originally purchased a Team Motor (Nathan Dean or Bob Light editions) direct from Team Power Products, this service is no charge ONCE A YEAR (BUT if stator shows signs of heat distress, there is no free service). We will refund the $15 back to your payment source. Bearings (steel only) and sensor replacement is free once a year (if needed). Ceramic bearings are extra, installed. Return shipping is additional. If you purchased a secondhand Team Motor (you are not the original purchaser), normal charges and shipping will be applied.
This is how the system works:
- If you have more than one motor for service, you must have multiple motors shown in the order.
- Please select motor edition. This helps us make sure we will work on correct motor when it is received.
- Please indicate 'Motor Wind' by typing in the 'Notes' field at the bottom of form.
- Please select what general service you need, either 'Clean, Test, Tune' or 'Motor Problem'. If your motor has a problem, it also includes 'Clean, Test, Tune' service as well.
- If this is a 'Motor Problem', please indicate the general motor symptoms in the 'Notes' field at bottom of form. We will look closely at these descriptions during diagnostics.
- Finally, fill in the ship date field if you are mailing the motor to us. This gives us an idea when to expect the package. If repair is scheduled for 'In Person' repair, this date is not necessary.
