Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship same day order is received, or next business day, if the order is recorded in the web site made prior to 2:00PM CDT. The exception is for motors builds to Team Upgrade status or a motor with special bearing installs (such as ceramic). These products generally ship next business day but may require two business days.

LiPo battery packs are deemed to be 'hazardous materials' and must be shipped via ground transportation ONLY (Alaska and Hawaii have special requirements, please ask for more information). The two methods I have are 1) USPS Parcel Select and 2) UPS Ground. Of the two, UPS Ground is generally the fastest method.
