Returns, Refunds, & Warranty
I. Warranty Initial Information
Team Power Products designs, uses vendors to manufacture, packages and ships RACING R/C motors, battery packs, and accessories. Racing means you are using our products under extreme conditions in order to compete and win on tracks at speed. We have no control over that use and we offer NO WARRANTY on any product we sell no matter how it is used but all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of purchase by the Purchaser. See detailed warranty statements below. BUT there is a Damaged/Crash Replacement Program available, read about it below.
II. Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if you purchased it from one of our dealers. If you purchased direct from the web site, please give me the date of purchase and I will find it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send tracking number for returned items to info@teampowerproducts.com.
III. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@teampowerproducts.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
IV. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
V. General Warranty Information
Exclusive Warranty- Team Power Products, an Oklahoma company, (TPP) warranties that the products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of purchase by the Purchaser. TPP warranty only applies to products manufactured by TPP. All other products must be handled by the original manufacturer.
TPP reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without notice and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
(a) This warranty is limited to the original Purchaser (“Purchaser”) and is not transferable. REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. This warranty covers only those Products purchased from an authorized TPP hobby shop or directly from TPP's web site only. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
(b) Limitations- TPP MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ALONE HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SUITABLY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PURCHASER’S INTENDED USE.
(c) Purchaser Remedy- TPP’s sole obligation hereunder shall be that TPP will, at its option, replace any Product determined by TPP to be defective. In the event of a defect, this is the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy.
Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of TPP. See Warranty section above. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, operation, maintenance or attempted repair by anyone.
TPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Further, in no event shall the liability of TPP exceed the individual price of the Product on which liability is asserted. As TPP has no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act of use, setup or assembly the user accepts all resulting liability.
VI. Battery Warranty
PLEASE NOTE: Swelling/Puffing is not considered as a defect and isn't part of our warranty. Typically this is due to improper use or misuse. We make sure to offer packs that have been tested and are known to be reliable and have a high cycle life when treated properly.
TEAM POWER PRODUCTS DOES NOT INSPECT OR REPAIR BATTERIES.
NOTE: This policy only applies to packs manufactured by Team Power Products. For all other packs, contact the manufacturer for any warranty consideration, TPP cannot warranty them.
Never ship LiPo batteries to TPP. It’s illegal to ship damaged LiPo Batteries.
Your local hobby store and/or place of purchase cannot provide warranty support or replacement. TPP will replace Product, free of charge, if it has a defect in materials or workmanship at the date of purchase. If this is the case contact TPP at info@teampowerproducts.com.
Pack Damaged/Crash Replacement Program
All TPP packs come with 1 year damage or crash replacement program which allows you to get a damaged/crashed pack to be replaced at 35% off the regular retail sale price listed on our website plus shipping charges. A valid proof of purchase is required and it must be within the 1 year period.
Steps to get a pack replaced under this program:

Email a copy of a valid sales receipt that clearly shows the date and that the item is an TPP pack. If you have purchased the pack directly from TPP, please state Purchasers' name and date of purchase, and TPP will attempt to locate your invoice/receipt.

Take a picture of the damaged/crashed pack and include the picture in the email.

Include your shipping address with the email and your PayPal email address. A PayPal invoice will be sent for payment of the replacement pack plus shipping charge; your new pack will be shipped via ground service when we receive your payment, with a tracking number.
TPP reserves the right to deny replacement to any serial abusers of this replacement program.

VII. Brushless Motor Warranty

But all motors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of purchase by the Purchaser.
Motor Damaged/Crash Replacement Program
All TPP brushless motors come with 1 year damage or crash replacement program which allows you to get a damaged/crashed motor replaced at 35% off the regular retail sale price listed on our website plus shipping charges. A valid proof of purchase is required and it must be within the 1 year period. Steps to get a motor replaced under this program:

Email a copy of a valid sales receipt that clearly shows the date and that the item is an TPP motor. If you have purchased the motor directly from TPP, please state Purchasers' name and date of purchase, and TPP will attempt to locate your invoice/receipt.

Include your shipping address with the email and your PayPal email address. A Paypal invoice will be sent for payment of the replacement motor; your new motor will be shipped via ground service when we receive your payment and we have received your damaged motor at TPP.

Ship your motor to the address below via USPS Priority Mail.
TPP reserves the right to deny replacement to any serial abusers of this replacement program.
