This tools makes fast and accurate locations for the holes to install Rocket Products top wing struts. When building a new wing or for a quick repair, knowing the holes will make the side panel 90 degrees to top of wing makes this job easy instead of hit or miss. Comes in whatever color we happen to make them in!
