Description
After much testing, here is the new Sprint Car top wing X Brace in a lightweight variant. The original variant was nearly indestructible, and as always, the team racers were always looking for lighter weight parts. Like the original, this lightweight variant is used on Sprint Cars to reduce the top wing from becoming a big, wagging weight on top of the car. When the wing moves, the car moves around on its own without steering inputs. You can see the original version by clicking HERE.
The new lightweight X Brace is the black unit in the main picture to right (white is the original X Brace in the same picture). The LW version is 4.0mm wide and 3 grams. The standard version is 8mm wide and 5 grams.
This universal fit lightweight stabilizer works with any 1/10th scale Sprint Car wing mount from Custom Works.
Made of quality materials, designed to reduce weight at the top of the chassis. Comes with four stainless button head screws with hex drive for easy installation, no nuts needed.
