After a year or two not doing repairs, I am back due to extra, experienced help.
As time goes on, we have found more parts to fix most iCharger issues for the 300, 400, 4000 series.
The DX6 has been VERY difficult to repair; usually we see motherboard damage which makes it cheaper to purchase new unit. The X6 models are also difficult to repair for the same reason. We have stopped making repairs on the DX6 and X6 models.
When you send the charger to us, please include your shipping address, email address, phone, and a description of issue in shipping box. We do not need your cables or power supply unless you wish us to take a look at them. We will contact you about final price for the fix and return shipping before we proceed with repair. The repair price below is just for the labor; parts and return shipping will be extra.
If we cannot repair your unit, we will refund 50% of the repair price back to your original payment (expect refund to take a few days to show up).Â

We can check some other brands of chargers, too, but again no guarantee if we can repair.
Initial trouble shooting iCharger "Big Box" chargers is straight forward for detecting blown fuse groups, although not definitive until we complete internal testing. The error message displayed on a charger channel will be like this one, "Check your wiring and connections":
- Thoroughly examine your wiring, bullet connectors, standard connectors, etc. for breaks in the wire. The best method is to try a different, known good, cable and see if you may charge with it. If it works with another cable, then the problem is the cable, not the charger. If it is shown to be the charger, then we must have the charger to determine if we can repair it.
- Confirm the LiPo pack is not damaged. Attempt to charge the pack on another charger first. If the LiPo pack charges on another charger, then we will need the charger to determine if we can fix it.
