Description
A great power plant for heavy cars or super high bite track surfaces, the R3.0 series of 4 Pole motors have been winning races since their introduction in 2018. With 4 pole rotors and 12 segment stators, this series accelerates heavy cars such as SC Modified cars in Oval racing extremely well, outpacing their 2 pole cousins. May also be useful in lighter cars, such as 1/10th scale Late Model, on carpet tracks.
The 4000KV motors are perfect for slick tracks or novice racing. Most cars will like the 4600KV motor for almost all situations except really high bite tracks. The 5400KV motor is a brute, excels on big tracks and high bite.
All these motors come with 5mm shaft for the demands of these heavy cars. All the variants have zero, fixed timing; add 15 degrees in your ESC as a starting point (watch your temperature, do not exceed 160 degrees F).
